Govind Masale Philosophy: -

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a self-regulating business model that helps a company be socially accountable to itself, its stakeholders, and the public. By practicing corporate social responsibility, also called corporate citizenship, companies can be conscious of the kind of impact they are having on all aspects of society, including economic, social, and environmental.

To engage in CSR means that, in the ordinary course of business, a company is operating in ways that enhance society and the environment instead of contributing negatively to them.

Govind Foods India P. Ltd.is a responsible corporate organisation. Govind Masale works always the betterment of society in areas. Govind Masale is doing fulfil it’s duties towards society, environment and it’s surrounding with moral and ethics. These social responsibilities are impacting society positively.

Organisation always organised plantation camps in city, training camps for employment of uneducated persons or less skilled persons, food donation for needy people and in pandemic situations like CORONA & FLOOD and also do required activities with government bodies.

Company organises Cricket tournaments in city and motivates talented players and organised job fairs in colleges to provide employment to students those are about to finish their education and participate in Kanya Vivah samaroh and helps to people those are unable to arrange basic requirements for marriage. For Health & Fitness we sponsored“Swachchhata ka mahasankalp Merathan”to aware society for cleanness of society that will help us to be healthy.

Organisation is planning to build a foundation in 2022-23. With the help of this foundation, we will run these activities on regular basis and will develop a Marriage Garden through this foundation.
This marriage garden will be free for marriage and social activities for poor and needy persons. With the help of this foundation, we will provide stationery and Education to helpless children those have no financial support for education.
